Every Behind The Cloth shirt is made to order — printed for you after you place your order. Making your shirt takes a few business days, then it ships with tracking. Most US orders arrive within about two weeks of ordering, and we'll email your tracking as soon as your shirt is on its way.
Returns & exchanges
Misprint? That's on us. If your shirt arrives misprinted, damaged, or it's not the item you ordered, message us through the Contact page within 30 days of delivery, send a photo of the problem, and we'll reprint your shirt or refund you — your choice.
Every piece is made to order for the person who bought it, so outside of misprints and defects we can't accept returns or exchanges — including for size. Our shirts run oversized and boxy on purpose, so please check the size guide on the product page carefully before you order.
