Every Behind The Cloth piece is made to order — printed when you order it, just for you.

Production & shipping: production takes a few business days, and most US orders arrive within about 2 weeks of ordering. Tracking is emailed when your order ships.

Damaged, misprinted, or wrong item: if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll reprint it or refund you — your choice.

Size & change of heart: because each piece is made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for size or change of heart. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering — our cuts are oversized and boxy by design.
